To submit any online drug test or Breath alcohol order please follow our four simple steps. Make sure all the information is provided is correct as it is very crutial for us to set up the appointment. Once all the steps are complete and payment has been processed, all sales will be final. Email provided in the donor information section will receive email from Quest Diagnostics containing Q-Passport, Don't forget to check your junk email. Donor has to take to the elecronic chain of custody form (Q-passport) to the selected testing facility along with the photo ID. Most site does not require appointment for collection however it is recommended to call the testing facility before heading there.

All orders will expire in 7 days.

Note: All specimens will be sent to lab for standard selected panel testing. Negative drug test results will be released immigiately. However, some drug test may take more time and additional information before releasing the results.
