1Who qualifies
The offer is open to new members and existing members. Anyone who purchases a new consortium membership or renews an existing one during the promotion qualifies, with no promo code needed.
Your membership does not need to expire before Dec 31, 2026 to qualify. If it expires in 2027 or later, you can still renew now and get the free months; Simply click the renew option to renew early & enjoy the extra months at no additional cost.
2Deadline
Your purchase or renewal, including payment, must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Dec 31, 2026. Orders started but not paid by then do not qualify.
3How your coverage dates work
- New members: coverage starts when your enrollment is completed. The free months are added to the end of the term you paid for.
- Existing members: your new term starts the day after your current coverage ends, so renewing early never shortens the coverage you already have. The free months are added to the end of the new term.
Example: membership expiring after December 31. Your current membership expires on January 15, 2027. You renew now, before December 31, 2026. Your current coverage continues to January 15, 2027, and the new term, with its free months, is added from there:

The same applies to any membership that expires in 2027 or later: renew by December 31, 2026, and the free months are added on top of your full new term.
4What the free months cover
Free months apply to consortium membership only. Drug and alcohol tests, collection fees, Return-to-Duty and follow-up testing, and other services are billed separately at the rates in effect when you order them. Member pricing on testing applies throughout your covered period, including the free months.
5Payment
The full price of the term you choose is paid in one payment at checkout. The price you pay is fixed for that term; any later change to our membership price does not affect a term you have already paid for.
6Cancellation and refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase: cancel for a full refund, Minus a $5.00 processing fee
To cancel within the 7-day window, contact us at customerservice@gomdnow.com or 980-655-4455. The refund is returned to your original payment method.
7Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is optional. If you select it, your membership renews automatically at the end of your term (including the free months) for a term of the same length, at the standard membership price in effect at that time. Promotional free months do not apply to the renewal. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time before the renewal date from your account or by contacting us. If you do not select auto-renewal, your membership simply ends at the end of the term.
8Your compliance responsibilities
Consortium membership supports, but does not replace, an employer's own obligations under the DOT drug and alcohol testing rules (49 CFR Parts 40 and 382), such as acting promptly on random selections and keeping driver information current. An expired membership means you are no longer in our random testing pool.
9Changes to this promotion
goMDnow may change or end this promotion at any time. Any change will not affect a purchase or renewal already completed. The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit.
10Other terms
These promotion terms add to goMDnow's general Terms and Conditions. If the two conflict on anything about this promotion, these promotion terms apply.
